Color Meme: Rapunzel

Here is the second painting for the color meme on my tumblr art blog :3
Getting this suggestion made me really happy, as the palette was perfect for a Tangled scene   How could I not do the lanterns?!
Drawing Rapunzel was harder than expected, as I have no experience with cartoonish characters at all. But I hope it turned out okay
The glow of the lanterns is again a little brighter than the orange tone, but I thought working with the layer blend modes is still conform to the color meme challenge
